✓ Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month for 3-6 months via Zoom.
✓ In-the-moment support when it counts, real-time WhatsApp access, and laser coaching when you need clarity, courage, or a quick reframe between sessions.
✓ Personalized coaching plan with evidence-based, customized assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
✓You’ll be invited to explore mind-body and somatic practices designed to support your emotional well-being.
✓ The highly recommended Journal-Based Coaching option provides a new weekly prompt and daily journaling on a secure platform, where I offer ongoing coaching to support your growth and self-reflection.

Corporate (Senior Manager Level, Director, VP & Above):
$2,000 – $3,000/month
Depending on the scope, assessments, and level of support. Ideal for high-performing leaders navigating complexity, transition, or reinvention.
Small Business Owners & Entrepreneurs:
From $1,000 total to $1,500/month (premium 1:1 coaching)
Flexible support for founders and builders ready to lead with more clarity, courage, and alignment.
