Jory is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), mentor coach, trainer and group coach and facilitator. Jory has had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals in her private practice and at BetterUp. Additionally, she has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches with FastTrack Coach Academy and is an ICF Assessor and Mentor.

Jory's clients include executives and managers across the tech industry, human resource professionals, educators, professors, creatives, professors, stay-at-home parents, and people of all ages and cultures from around the country, India, France, Canada, Mexico, Denmark, Israel, and China.

She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including: Google, Facebook, Tesla, Uber, Pinterest, Lyft, Genentech/Roche, AppDynamics, eBay, AmGen, Service Now, Virtua, Lourdes Health Systems, and several universities. Additionally, Jory has coached, mentored, and trained over 160 people across professions, including several branches of the Federal Government, from the IRS to Homeland Security.

Jory has been called a “teacher’s teacher” because of her exceptional ability to help clients and students develop a learner’s mindset - while at the same time giving them the tools, techniques, and strategies they need to help others inthe same way. She uses a combination of curiosity, compassion, and humor to find the hidden spark in everyone she encounters. With a unique background in the varied fields of coaching, education, teacher training, and yoga, she enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

She brings a wellspring of creativity and playfulness to her work that assists clients in building resilience, resourcefulness, and self-knowledge. As a long-time yoga educator and practitioner, she naturally weaves evidence-based mind-body practices (breathwork, mindfulness, and visualization) into her coaching if the client chooses. She creates a supportive, nurturing, challenging coaching environment and collaborates with clients to discover and use their strengths to create lives reflecting their vision and values.
